Submission Guidelines Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal. By submitting, authors confirm that their work is free from plagiarism.
Format: Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word, using Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double spacing throughout. All pages should be numbered.
Length:
Articles: up to 10,000 words (including references)
Commentaries and Case Notes: 2,500–4,000 words
Blog Contributions: minimum of 4,000 words
References: All references must conform to the latest edition of the Oxford University Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA). Footnotes should be used rather than in-text citations.
Author Information: Authors should attach a separate cover page containing their full name, institutional affiliation, email address, and a 150-word biography.
Ethical Considerations: Submissions should avoid defamatory, discriminatory, or unethical content. Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy of their work.
