ADR Law Journal is an independent, peer-reviewed, open access legal journal established to promote high-quality scholarship on Alternative Dispute Resolution and the broader development of law and justice. The journal provides a platform for academics, legal practitioners, judicial officers, arbitrators, mediators, policymakers and students to contribute original research addressing contemporary legal challenges from both African and international perspectives.

Although Alternative Dispute Resolution remains the journal's principal focus, ADR Law Journal welcomes interdisciplinary and comparative scholarship across all areas of law, including constitutional law, commercial law, sports law, environmental law, international law, human rights, labour law, technology law, intellectual property and emerging legal issues.
